1 lb Butter
12 Eggs
2 C. Sugar
4 C. Flour
1 TSP Baking Power
Grated Rind and Juice of 1 Lemon
2 lbs Raisins
1 lb Cherries
1 lb Candied Pineapple
1 lb Citron or Orange

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit in bowl (leave cherries whole) with 1 cup flour. In a separate bowl mix; butter, sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice and rind. Add remainder of flour and baking powder, then add fruit. Beat egg whites and add last.

Have 4 greased loaf pans ready Bake at 300º for 2 hours.
