Broth:
All types of meat, bones and fat (scraps and leftovers)
About 2 quarts of water
3-4 celery tops with leaves
Dash of parsley

Sauce:
2 small onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lb hamburger meat, browned
2-3 celery stalks
Chicken and beef bouillon (sprinkle or melt in hot water)
1/2 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Broth:
Boil for about an hour. Strain out bones.

Sauce:
Season meat with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and granulated onion. Brown meat.
Add garlic, onion, celery, bouillon, tomato paste and tomato sauce.

Add servings of broth, meat sauce, and cooked rice for soup.
