SWEET WINE:
3 Small Cans Frozen Grape Juice
5 Cups Sugar
1 Cake Yeast

SOUR WINE:
2 Large Cans Frozen Grape Juice
2 Cups Sugar
1/4 Cake Yeast
2 Small Boxes Raisins

SWEET WINE:
Fill gallon glass jug with above ingredients then fill with water to neck. Cover top with large 10cent balloon. Let stand for 6 weeks. Pour off into new bottles.

SOUR WINE:
Fill gallon glass jug with above ingredients then fill with water to neck. Cover top with large balloon. Let stand 3 weeks. Strain through cloth into new bottles. When wine is done and has been poured off, allow it to sit 1 more week until final settlement appears. Then gently pour off wine and waste settlement.
