1 cup softened butter
11/2 powered sugar ( divided)
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 cups ground almonds
2 cups flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 tsp almond extract


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to *350
Line baking sheet with parchment
Cream butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and salt.
Add ground Almonds, flour, and egg. Mix until combined
Add water, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix again until well blended.
Make balls about A Tbsp in size. Place on Parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 10-20 min.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar.
