4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3½ cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light & fluffy. Add melted butter and vanilla extract and mix well. In separate bowl, mix flour & baking powder. Gradually add powder mixture to wet mixture and mix well until soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Place on cooling rack.

2 cups powdered sugar for icing
3-4 Tbsp. milk for icing
Sprinkles to decorate, if desired

Mix powdered sugar and milk to create a smooth, thick glaze. Dip top of each cookie into icing and return to rack. Add sprinkles to icing while it's still wet so they stick, if desired.
