34 oz. frozen California Medley (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 white onion, chopped
16 - 20 oz. Velveeta Cheese
32 oz. chicken stock
2 Tbsp. corn starch
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
garlic powder
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put Velveeta into a slow cooker (can leave as a whole chunk). Add in frozen vegetables and chopped onion. Mix corn starch with chicken stock and then pour over the vegetables and cheese. Add garlic powder (be generous), salt, and pepper. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours and then stir. Add whipping cream and stir. Then cook on high for at least another 40 minutes.
