Box of elbow macaroni
2 cans of evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
1Bag of shredded cheese, Colby jack or mild cheddar or any type of cheddar
Slices of American cheese cut in 8th
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 13 casserole dish
Cook 1 box of elbows
Drain macaroni
Pour drained macaroni into buttered casserole dish
Add evaporated milk and salt and pepper and shredded cheese
Add sliced American cheese torn up on top – the more cheese the better
Put few pats of butter on top
Cook at 350 for 20 minutes
Unless mac and cheese is warm and melted
