½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
½ cup Applesauce
2¼ cup Flour
½ tbsp. Salt
½ tbsp. Baking Soda
¾ tbsp. Cinnamon
¼ tbsp Clove
1 cup Raisins
½ cup Nuts

Mix together. Drop spoonfuls on on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375* for 10 to 12 minutes
