Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Filling:
6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
12 oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, (thaw and squeeze dry)

2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 C grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, SEPARATED into 1/2 cups

1 tube* Crust pizza crust (thin), refrigerated

2 Tbs Butter
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.

2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach and cream cheese.

3. Add garlic, salt, onion powder, chili powder, pepper and Italian seasoning. Beat to combine.

4. Add parmesan cheese and half of the cheddar or mozzarella cheese. Beat to combine. (Reserve other half of the cheddar or mozzarella for assembly of tree)

5. Make the Christmas Tree shape by unrolling the pizza crust onto a sheet of Parchment paper. Flatten it into approximately a 10" x 13" triangle.* Cut the triangles as shown in the diagram (attached pictures). Combine the smaller triangles on a second piece of parchment on a cookie sheet. Press the long edges together to make the base layer (Triangle 2), the center part will be the top layer of the tree.

6. Spread the spinach mixture (steps 2-4) across the fused triangle (#2). Sprinkle it with the reserved (1/2 C) of cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

7. Place the first (large single one) triangle over the mixture on triangle 2.

8. Using a Pizza cutter, make horizontal cuts (see attached diagram), approximately 1" apart, leaving about an inch of the center intact.

9. Grab the outer part of each slice and twist it upwards (see picture). At the top, where they are short, you will only twist halfway around. Increase the number of twists as you reach the bottom, where you will make 2-3 twists.

10. Bake for about 22 minutes, until quite golden brown on top and cooked through on the bottom layer.

11. Melt butter and stir in garlic salt and seasoning, then brush over the bread sticks. Serve warm.

See pictures/diagrams, it will make it much easier!

You can also change the layout of the pizza crust to make a football shape.

*Pillsbury has reduced the size of its refrigerated pizza dough rolls, so you may need 2. (you will need 13.8 oz, or a thick crust, rolled thin, to make a 10 x 13"
