1 egg
¼ cup water
½ cup butter
½ cup shortening
½ cup brown sugar
1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
2 cups oatmeal
6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, water, butter, shortening, sugar, and about ½ the dry cake mix. Mix until smooth. Stir in remaining mix, oatmeal and chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes.
