2-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4-1 cup mini M&Ms

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl (I used my Kitchenaid mixer) mix 1-cup sugar and oil. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in M&Ms.

Drop rounded teaspoon full dough onto cookie sheet. Shape into balls and roll in remaining sugar.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Makes about 5 dozen.
