1 C. Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
¾ C. White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 TBL Vanilla
3 C. Flour
¾ TSP Baking Soda
¾ TSP Salt
2 C. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream together butter and sugars.
Add eggs one at a time then vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients then slowly add to wet until incorporated. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Form into 1" balls and allow to set in fridge for 1 hour.
Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly before baking for 7-10 min (or until edges are slightly brown.
Slam baking sheet on counter and allow to cool for 10 min before transferring.

Tips: Use real sugar and flour.
Don't melt the butter allow to soften to room temperature.
Depending on altitude you may need to add more flour, dough should not stick to fingers but too much flour will make it dry.
Sprinkle a little flakey salt on top before baking if you want to be extra like that.
