11/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter (2sticks)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
21/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar


Chocolate center
4 oz semisweet chocolate
11/2 tsp corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda & cream of tartar in small bowl. Cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Divide into 2 logs and refrigerate 1-2 hours, wrapped in plastic wrap. Roll logs in sprinkles. Slice into 1/4” discs. Press thumb in center of each. Bake 375º 7-8 minutes. Cool

Microwave chocolate & corn syrup 30 seconds. Stir. Zap for 10 seconds. Stir. Repeat til melted. Spoon into centers. Cool
