Base:
800 g. (Bischoff biscuits (ground)
1 1/2 c melted butter

Caramel:
1 1/2 c butter
1/1/2 c light brown sugar
28 oz sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)

Additional Layer:
2 c Biscoff cookie butter

Topping:
1 1/2 c white chocolate
4 T. cookie butter
mini rolls and Biscoff crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. in food processor, blend the biscuits and melted butter, then tightly pack into a 9 x
13 pan.
2. in a pot on the stove over medium heat, melt all the caramel ingredients together,
once it comes to a boil, continue to heat and stir for 5 minutes.
3. pour over the crust, and set aside to cool for about an hour.
4. melt biscoff cookie butter in the microwave, and pour over the caramel layer, set
aside to cool for 30 minutes.
5. melt white cholate in microwave and pour over top of the set cookie butter, then melt
a bit more cookie butter to swirl into your white chocolate. Top with rolo candies and
cookie crumbs.
