1 c. Breadcrumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 garlic cloves, finally chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
4 chicken breasts - butterflied
Parsley (handful)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients together in a shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish beat two eggs with water using a fork. Dip chicken in egg mixture covering both sides of chicken. Then the same piece of chicken into breadcrumb mixture making sure both sides of chicken are covered. Repeat with each piece of chicken. Fry chicken in olive oil until cooked, flip around and fry both sides.
