Sauce:
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
2 cans of water
8 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
2 tbsp of sugar
Basil
Oregano

Meatballs:
3 lbs of ground beef
6 eggs
Palm full of Italian breadcrumbs
Salt
Parsley finally chopped or dried if you don’t have fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sauce water sugar spices into a large roaster stir and put into the oven at 400° to start. No need to chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients and roll into meatballs Put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and put in the oven with the sauce for 15 minutes at 400°. Take out of the oven and add the meatballs to the sauce after 15 minutes and put back in the oven altogether and reduce the temperature to 350° for an additional 2 1/2 hours (3hours total).
Ps if you want to thicken the sauce towards the end take the lid off and put back in the oven.
