4 bone in pork chops 3/4”
3 T Italian Seasoning
1 tsp salt
2T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pat dry chops with paper towels. Mix Italian Seasoning and salt in a small bowl. Press mixture into all sides of chops. Heat skillet on medium high, melt butter and add chops turning down to medium. Cook until internal temperature is 145º, about 8-10 minutes. Turn just once about half way through. Let sit for 5 minutes. Can add a pat of butter to top.
