2 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp salad oil
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup sour milk
4 ½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar until lite
2. Add salad oil, potatoes, milk, beat until smooth
3. Add flour sifted with other dry ingredients, mix well
4. Chill at least 2 hours
5. Roll ½ inch thick on floured surface and cut with donut cutter
6. Fry in deep hot fat
7. Remove and cool slightly, coat with powdered sugar
