1 egg
1 stick butter
2½ c. flour
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together, working dough as little as possible. Roll out using very little flour to ¼ in. thickness. Cut and place on cookie sheet and bake until brown. 6-8 minutes.
