1 pkg Italian seasoning mix
"Better Than Bouillon," chicken flavor
Rice
Quinoa
Green onions, chopped
Tomato, diced
Red bell pepper, diced
Carrots, diced
Celery, diced
1 can pineapple tidbits
Raisins or Craisins
Coconut, shredded
Chow main noodles
Cheese, shredded
1 can corn
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
Avocado, diced
8 oz cream cheese
Optional: black olives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in crockpot with Italian seasoning mix for 6-8 hours on low. Cook rice with quinoa & bullion for 40 min. Remove chicken, add cream cheese & cream of chicken soup, & stir until creamy. Put mixture back in crockpot & warm through. May heat corn or not.
Layer all ingredients on top of chow mien noodles.
