1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c packed brown sugar
3/4 c softened butter

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbs butter

2 c milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix sugar & butter till creamy, then dump in flour slowly. Mix & pat down into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake for 20 min.
Cool while making the filling: combine sweetened condensed milk & butter in small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly till it thickens. Takes about 10-15 min.
Spread over cooked base. Bake for another 12-15 min.
Meanwhile, melt 2 c milk chocolate chips in sauce pan over medium heat.
Remove base from oven & pour chocolate evenly over the base. Sprinkle toffee bits evenly on top of base.
Cool & cut into squares.
