1 chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar carmel ice cream topping
1 container of Cool Whip, or equal amount whipping cream whipped thick, with powdered sugar & vanilla
1 pkg toffee bits or any other candy bar crumbled up

Directions:
Preheat oven according to cake mix pkg. Bake cake according to pkg directions in 9x13" pan. When baked, chill in fridge. Take out & poke holes all over it with handle of wooden spoon. Pour condensed milk & carmel evenly over cake. Cover with layer of Cool Whip, then sprinkle toffee bits over top.
Keep cool till served.
