24 ounces white chocolate chips
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries, reconstituted
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate. Place dried craisins in hot water until they get plump. Drain and dry thoroughly. Prepare a dish with parchment paper. Add nuts and craisins to melted chocolate. Pour into prepared dish. May sprinkle with sea salt or Fleur de sel before the chocolate melts. Chill for at least 1 hour. Break into pieces.
