Flour 4 cups
Baking Soda 1 t
Salt 1 t
Cream of Tartar 1 t

Canola Oil 1 ½ cups
Granulated Sugar 1 ½ cups
Powdered Sugar 1 ½ cups
Vanilla 1 ½ t
Eggs 3
Flour 6 cups
Baking Soda 1 ½ t
Salt 1 ½ t
Cream of Tartar 1 ½ t

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cream butter, sugars & oil. Add vanilla & egg. Sift & stir in dry ingredients.

Take teaspoons of dough and roll into a ball or use a cookie scoop. Then, roll in bowl of sugar (can be colored, white or mixed). Put on cookie sheet. Flatten with glass (or cookie press). Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on racks.

Have fun with these! You can add any flavored chips, mini chips, nuts, raisins, etc.

Coordinate the color of sugar to the event. If you can, get edible glitter to add a sparkle to the cookie.
