5 or 6 med. potatoes
3 or 4 large carrots
1 onion
salt & pepper, to taste
2 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
1 heaping tbsp flour
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut all vegetables in small pieces. Place in boiler and cover in water. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer until vegetables are fork tender. Add milk and butter and bring to a boil. Mix flour with a small amount of milk. Mix into potato mixture, Just before serving add cheese to soup and heat untill melted.
