Meatballs

2 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Gravy

1 can (4 oz) drained mushrooms
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup dry cooking sherry
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs in bowl
Shape into meatballs and put on cookie sheet
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown

Combine ingredients for gravy and stir thoroughly
Put in bottom of crockpot
Add meatballs

Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours

Serve with egg noodles and red cabbage
