2 T. butter
2 T. sugar, (can be sweeter)
½ c. milk
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 T. flour
6 T. vinegar
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In pan, melt butter. Add milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Bring to a boil. Heat vinegar while the other is boiling. Add slowly to mix. Whip eggs. Add them with a wire whip. Cook till thickened. Cool.

This recipe was Rachel Verda Wright;s recipe. She never used measuring cups or spoons. To get this recipe, Lynn Wright, her husband, sat by her while she cooked and measured everything so we could have this recipe. We use it for potato salad.
