4 eggs
3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 t. nutmeg
2 c. canned pumpkin
¾ c. water
3½ c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and cooking oil well. Add cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg to flour. Then add alternately flour, water, and the pumpkin. Fold in 1 cup raisins and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Divide into three loaf pans (8x4 inch pans) that are greased and floured. Bake at 350º for one hour. Cool five minutes and then remove from pans.
