1 bowl of leftover roast and potatoes

1 cup of gravy

1 chopped onion

5 pancakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up the leftover roast and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a frying pan with oil or butter and gently brown the onions.

Add the chopped roast and potatoes to the frying pan.

Pour the gravy into pan and gently mix.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Once everything is warmed through, serve on your favorite pancakes.
