8 cups white or wheat flour
3 pkgs rapid rise yeast
½ sugar
1 tbsp salt (heaping)

Wet ingredients:
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3¼ cups hot tap water (120º to 130º)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º (or lowest setting). Put oven rack on lowest position.

In a large mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil and water and mix well. Four countertop and your hands. Knead dough together for 10 minutes into a ball.

In another mixing bowl, put a spot of oil in a in the bowl and turn dough into oil. Cover bowl with kitchen towel. Let sit for 40 minutes. Dough will double in size. It's ready when indentation remains when touched.

Spray cooking spray on 3 loaf pans. Divide dough into thirds. Shape dough into loaf form and place in pans. Brush top of loaves with butter. Cover pans with plastic wrap and put in oven with door ajar for 45 minutes until dough doubles.

Then turn oven to 350º and close door. Bake for 40 minutes. Take out of pans immediately and put on a cooling rack. Brush tops of loaves with butter.
