Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups of milk
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup warm water
2 packages of active dry yeast (not fast rising)
1 1/2 tbs salt
1/2 sugar
2./3 cup vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
10 cups flour, approx
2-3 melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water with 2 tsp of sugar. Let stand about 10 min. Add boiling water slowly to milk, oil, salt, sugar and beaten egg mixture. Mix and then add 2 cups flour. Mix, then add yeast mixture and mix well. Add flour gradually until dough is smooth and elastic, not sticky nor dry. The amount of flour will vary. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and cover with a towel and let rise for approx. 10 min. Knead until smooth and glossy, about 10 min. Shape into a large ball and put into a large lightly greased bowl and cover until doubled in size. Leave in a warm place for an hour. Once dough has doubled in size, punch it down and knead a few times in the bowl to get the air out. Let dough rise again. Cut up dough into 2 inch round balls and place on greased baking sheet. Brush tops with butter, cover and let rise again, until doubled in size. Bake at 375 for 25-20 min. Enjoy!
