4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 2 T. of bacon grease.
Add vinegar and 1/2 c. sugar to grease. Heat to boiling. Meanwhile, beat eggs, remaining 1/2 c. sugar and flour. Carefully add vinegar to eggs, and continue to beat. Return to heat and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add chopped bacon. Serve warm, refrigerate any leftovers.
