Dry ingredients:
• 4 ½ cup flour, before sifting
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 T. vegetable oil
• 2 cup buttermilk

Other:
• raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift all of the dry ingredients together
2. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
4. Toss raisins in a little flour and fold in
5. Pour batter into a loaf pan, bake at 350ºF for 60-70 minutes, until golden
