½ cup butter, room temperature
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
½ cup powdered sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Chai tea bag (tea leaves removed)
sugar or cinnamon sugar for dusting
Glaze:
3 Tablespoons milk or eggnog
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1½ cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheet.
Beat butter and vegetable oil. Add sugars, egg, vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and tea leaves from one chai tea bag and mix well. Use 1 Tablespoon full and roll into ball and flatten. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool and remove to rack. Ice with glaze.
Glaze: Mix together powdered sugar, milk or eggnog and nutmeg. Ice each cookie.
