5 onions pureed well in blender
5 cups white sugar
2 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. hot mustard (dry)
1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 cup olive oil
Yellow food coloring - just a few drops

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large pot and cook on low for about 20 minutes. Don't overcook as it will burn and change color.

Can be used as salad dressing or add to fish when grilling or cooking. Really ono.
