4 slices bacon, cut in pieces
3 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups water
1 can large cream (evaporated milk)
2 cups potatoes, diced
1/4 cups carrots, diced
dash of black pepper
1 #2 can cream style corn
1 #12-ounce whole kernel corn
1 can SPAM diced

Brown bacon and onions, add water and boil for about 10 minutes. add salt, carrots then potatoes. Boil until all the vegetables are cooked. Add corn, creamed corn, evaporated milk. Serve hot
