2 garlic cloves
1 egg
1 tsp. worcestshire sauce
2 tbs anchovy paste
ground pepper
1 cup olive oil
fresh lemon juice
Salad:
1 large head of cleaned romaine lettuce
croutons, homemade or bought
8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
lemon wedges

Directions:

Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill in fridge. Toss salad with dressing and enjoy!
