1 3/4 cup white sugar
2 large eggs or 3 medium
1 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
3 cups mashed ripen bananas
2 1/2 cups white flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil or melted butter and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add bananas and nuts.
Grease pans and pour batter into pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes but depends on size of loaf pans.
