1 lb. Ground Beef or Sausage
1 large onion
2 med stalks celery
8 oz cooked fine noodles
½ lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1½ cans milk
1 tsp each salt and pepper
½ can chow mien noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef or sausage (can use any kind of sausage (breakfast, savory, etc.)
Chop onion and celery (medium size pieces)
Cook noodles per instructions on bag
Mix all ingredients (except chow mien noodles) in a large casserole dish
Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees; top with 1/2 can of chow mien noodles and continue baking for 1/2 hour uncovered.

You can do a blend of hamburger and sausage
