¾ Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
⅓ Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Lemon Zest
2¼ Cup Flour

Glaze:
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbs. Melted Butter
1-2 Tbs Lemon Juice
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat butter then add sugar, soda, lemon zest and beat until combined. Add the lemon juice - beat into the mix. Add the flour and mix just until combined.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoon 2" apart on parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake 6 mins, then rotate the cookie sheet and bake approx 6 more minutes.
5. Cool cookies. Mix glaze after the cookies are cool and then spread on top of the cookies.

Glaze:
1.Combine the glaze ingredients with a mixer.
** I usually double the glaze ingredients
