1 1/2 lbs pork, cubed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
2 to 4 tbsp oil or shortening
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-16 oz jar LaVictoria Salsa Verde
1/2 c water.

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork w/salt, pepper & cumin. Heat oil in skillet, add pork and brown evenly. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 1 hour - stir frequently. Add more water if needed during cooking. Serve with warm tortillas, rice and beans
