Personal Notes:
Golden milk is a centuries-old traditional Ayurvedic drink that originated in India, known in Hindi as haldi doodh and is commonly known as turmeric milk or a turmeric latte. It is made with turmeric, various other warming spices, and your choice of milk and can be served hot or iced. It is made with either dairy- or non-dairy milk.

Golden milk is widely praised for its many nutritional benefits, in addition to its delicious flavor. If made from plant based milk, it is naturally vegan and gluten free.
