3 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee crystals
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cheap brandy
1 vanilla bean

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and coffee crystals. Add water and stir until sticky. Let cool thoroughly.

Skim. Add brandy and put in large glass container. Add vanilla bean. Let stand
for 30 days.

Remove vanilla bean.
