Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 to 8 boiled eggs
¼ Cup Mayo
1 teaspoon mustard
1 to 2 Tbsp dill or sweet relish (I used sweet but just the juice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slice hard boiled eggs in half longways and place yolks in medium size bowl.

Mash yolks until it becomes a small crumble. Add in mayo, mustard, relish, salt and pepper to taste (I like using Kinders salt/pepper/garlic). Mix very well until smooth. Add mayo or mustard as needed to get right taste/thickness.

You can pipe or spoon the mixture into the egg halves. I have used a spoon or a ziplock back with the corner cut out to pipe the filling.

Sprinkle eggs with paprika and serve.

Can be made a day ahead of time.
