Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup dry elbow macaroni
2 cups water
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, add water and ½ teaspoon salt, bring to boil and add macaroni and simmer uncovered 8 or 9 minutes or time listed on packaging. Drain when done.

While macaroni is cooking, in a 2-quart casserole dish, melt butter (I use microwave 15-30 seconds). Let sit a few minutes then add dry mustard and 1 tsp salt, and egg. Immediately beat into butter (otherwise hot butter will start to cook egg). Add about half the cheese then the macaroni and then all but about half a cup of cheese and stir well. Pour milk on top then add remaining cheese to top then cover with foil.

Bake in 350º oven for 25 minutes then remove foil and bake 10 more minutes or until top is a light golden-brown cheesy deliciousness.
