1 pie crust (prepared)
2 1/2 c. raspberries
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 3 oz. raspberry jello
Cool Whip topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar to make a syrup. Take 1/4 c. of syrup in a separate bowl and mix with cornstarch to dissolve then pour into boiled syrup and mix until clear. Then stir in box of dry jello, and let cool (til luke warm). Put a couple of tablespoonfuls of jello/syrup mixture into bottom of baked pie crust. Add berries and pour rest of syrup mixture. Refigerate for 1 hour or more and serve with Cool Whip topping. Enjoy!
