Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp Oil or butter
2 cups of broth of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic power to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet or saucepan over medium heat, add oil or butter then add flour. Stir to mix well and add more flour/oil as needed to keep from being too dry or too wet. Continue to stir and allow flour mixture to brown until it is the color of an aged penny.

Add broth to flour mixture, stirring constantly to mix in well. Gravy will appear thin at first but will thicken as it cooks. Reduce heat and allow to simmer stirring as needed. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

You can double, triple etc… based on these measurements above to make as much gravy as you need.

To thicken if too thin… add 1 Tbsp cornstarch and water to small container, mix well then stir into gravy… repeat as needed.
