8 cups fresh Broccoli (about 3 lbs)
2 small purple onions, thinly sliced or diced
1 cup raisins (can substitute dried cranberries)
1 cup Pecan pieces, toasted
2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained

Optional ingredients:
1 lb bacon

Dressing:
1 ½ cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
½ Sugar
3 T white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, onions, raisins and pecan pieces in a bowl and set aside.

Combine Mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar; add to broccoli mixture, stirring to coat.

Gently stir in mandarin oranges.

Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
