1 box white cake mix
3/4 C cooking oil
3 eggs
1 C club soda or 7 UP
1 box instant pistachio pudding

Frosting
2 envelopes of dream whip
1 1/8 C of cold Milk
1 box of pistachio pudding

Garnish
crushed pecans or walnuts
coconut and cherries

Directions:
With an electric mixer beat all the ingredients until smooth.

Bake in a greased (Cooking spray) tube pan or bundt pan at 350º for 45 minutes
Leave in the pan until cool (10-15 minutes) before removing from pan.

Frosting
Beat dream whip and cold milk until his has peaks. Add the box of pudding and beat to stiff peaks. Icing cake when cooled. Add nuts, coconut and cherries id desired.
