1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
1 (32 oz.) box plus 1 can chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated, plus extra if desired
3 oz. bacon bits
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put the potatoes in the crockpot. Add in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits add a pinch of salt and pepper. cook on LOW for 8 hours or u til potatos are tender.
1 hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes. Place the cubes in the crock pot. Mix a few times through the hour before serving. Top with cheddar cheese and more bacon bits.
